Ladies unite to teach disposal of sanitary product. Project Sakhi

At Anunagar co operative housing society Waghbil one day one house was getting flooded with water from drainage pipe as drainage pipe was choked up, on finding what made this pipe to chocke up it was found that sanitary diapers were drained in to toilet. in order to educate on this issue ladies in same society have taken up door to door campaign today on Sunday making display boards and display cards, these ladies nocked every door in the society and delivered session on how to dispose off used sanitary product and avoid putting it in to toilet drains which may cause clogging. Team of ladies was led by Dr Yashashri Keni and Mrs.Mayuri, Mrs.Deepti Mrs.Harshada,Mr.Vani,Mrs.Sampada Joshi,Mrs.Karande,Mrs.Vaishali. This was supported by Secretary of Anunagar CHS Mr.Gaokar. They named their awareness campaign as project Sakshi and on visiting their devours they were welcomed warmly by everyone. Some one rightly says mother is best teacher same is been proved here in Anunagar that ladies are best educators.
